The dining room is perfect for all types of dining, while doubling as a card/board game gathering point. Both the master and guest bedrooms (each on second floor) are roomy and equipped with ceiling fans Each has its own large closet and flat screen TV (42" master/32'"-guest). The two story casita has spacious patios off both the main floor family room and off the upstairs master bedroom, with views of the golf course plus the surrounding countryside.

Great value, clean, and Neal’s attentiveness was second to none.


I stayed at condo #169 with my 4 daughters (17-21) the week after 7-4-2018. The condo is exactly as described. When I did have a question, Neal answered the phone and was as helpful and polite as can be. One of my daughters lost/forgot a personal item in the condo and realized once we were near Phoenix. Between Neal, the cleaning crew, and even the new renters, it was found and resolved. We felt bad for inconveniencing them, but they were very understanding. They really bent over backwards for us and we are so grateful. I WILL rent from Neal again, when I am in Sedona. I also won’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
