cosy flat with great location

This is a really nice, cosy flat which offers great value for money. It\'s small, clean, well furnished and everything works, making the time spent inside very comfortable. The location is fantastic, it\'s not in the very centre of Madrid, which keeps the price down, but it\'s within walking distance and it\'s near the metro with great connections all around the city. The owners are very friendly and easy to deal with and I\'d definitely rent from them again.

A wonderful visit with friends in Salamanca

The apartment was very clean, cool and updated. We enjoyed the central location. The owner was quick to respond and always friendly and accommodating. The price was also very reasonable. We certainly will use this apartment again when we\'re back in Madrid.

Very satisfied with this apartment

I stayed two weeks in Madrid. This apartment was really good,very quiet, very clean, well equipped, good bed and linen, cleaning lady included on a weekly basis. The owner was on time at arrival and departure. He also was efficent at solving a Wifi connection problem. Very satisfied overall. The only drawback I could mention is the lack of daylight, the apartment being partially in a basement.
