Our unit is located in the village of Amelia on Corbett Dr, which is southeast of Sumter Landing.
The 2 bedroom / 2 bath ranch has queen beds in each bedroom.
The living room, dinning room and kitchen are in one open area in the center of the home with a vaulted ceiling. There is a large screened in lanai in the back of the unit with a partial view of the pond next door with a barbecue grill. .
A golf cart and clubs are included. We have 2 sets of Clubs (both right handed) available for use.
There is a $50 guest fee for you to get the resident guest pass, which gives you all the privileges as all owners.
No pets!.
