There are only approximately 2000 of these gentle creatures left in all of Florida, with 300 to 400 Manatee in and around Pine Island. CANCELLATION: 21 Day notice full refund less $50 processing fee, under 21 days if room re-rented full refund of deposit less $50 fee, if not re-rented deposit applied to a future stay in $50 increments per night, consecutive nights only.
