Winter rates  £105 US$130 + tax per night
Standard rates  £115 US$140 + tax per night
July, August £125 US$160 + tax per night
Easter, Christmas & New Year £130 US$170+ tax per night
Optional Pool / spa heating
(recommended October - April )		 £17 per day $27 + tax per day
All Bookings incur a cleaning charge of £60 US$95+TAX
Minimum rental period is 5 nights

A 20% deposit secures a booking.
Final balance due 10 weeks prior to arrival in our home.

£250 /$400 security deposit required with final balance.
This sum is FULLY REFUNDABLE subject to a satisfactory inspection by our management company.
