Tindall’s Gem is a Home By The Sea, a 4 bedroom Whangaparoa holiday house, just 30ish meters from this secure beach and a short stroll to Matakatia Beach or Manly Beach in low tide. This gives you the options and a great selection to be picky what activities you want to do no matter whatever wind or tides that come your way!
 
The house has recently been fully renovated and fitted out to a very high standard. Designed to make you relax with comfort, the beach theme to gives you the perfect holiday break!   
Cook up a storm with the options of BBQ or the conveniently equipped kitchen inside. 
If you prefer a lazy day visit shops, cafes and restaurants (Manly Village Shops, Whangaparoa Plaza or Gulf Harbour) only a few minutes drive away.
 
Tindall’s Beach holiday home includes modern and cosy open plan living. Spread over three levels, these approximately 300m² home cater for both privacy and entertaining. Start your day with a coffee on the North/West facing deck and see the sun rising over Orewa, a stunning start of the day! Even more breathtaking is the front row seats giving you a spectacular sunset. 
 
Stay cosy by the fireplace or in the outdoor Jacuzzi on the cooler stays, or enjoy easy indoor/outdoor flow onto the spacious decks during summer stays! 
The house is also fitted out with a fire place in the living room and a HRV-system to offer a warm, dry and well ventilated home for your stay. 
 
If this is your first visit to Tindall’s Bay, it offers a fantastic and secure beach in a quiet and family orientated area.  Boat ramp and playground can be found approx 200m from the house. Surrounded by a large variety of options to explore on your visit. A visit to Auckland take approx 40-45min in non rush hour.

Special conditions: 
To help you enjoy your last day, and ensure the property is in top condition for every guest, a mandatory departure cleaning fee applies to this property. The fee for this is additional to the nightly rate.
 
Please respect and treat the house as it was your own, a max of 12 guests incl. infants. 
On the day of leaving please remove all rubbish to the bins outside, please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
Curtesy regarding noise levels to your neighbours and have an awesome time.

Great house in a fantastic location.


Great house in a fantastic location. Really well equipped and nice that the linen was provided. Loved the spa.

The location of the property was perfect .


The location of the property was perfect .. A two minute stroll to the beach. Cafes shops and supermarkets a 5-10 minute drive. A boat ramp 1 minute down the road was also invaluable. Despite being a built up area, it was very quiet. The house was spotlessly clean with an abundance of high quality kitchenware, linen , appliances and very comfortable beds. The house was well laid out with space for family members to either enjoy each other’s company or find a quiet spot for a little timeout.
