Nice and modern penthouse in the 3rd Floor of a multi-family house (no passenger lift) in a central, quiet and sunny residential area in the historic part of the Bagnera. Right next to the "Bogn Engiadina Scuol" adventure pool and the large children's playground, you can enjoy the Lower Engadine mountain world on the panoramic balcony with approx. 5 m2. In the larger bedroom is a pull-out bed for two more people. The ski bus stop is about 200 meters away (at the Raiffeisen Bank). Reserved parking in front of the house.
