Spacious Lanai and pool with separate whirlpool / Spa. 6 sunloungers invite you to relax and enjoy your day next to the pool. Enjoy your perfect US steak from the grill provided on the Lanai. Maybe you even see Manatees passing by?
 
Big dock where you can have a morning coffee, a drink before dinner or just sit and enjoy the view during the day.
 
The house offers 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people. Masterbedroom with spacious Master Bathroom (Walk-in shower and bath tub). Second bedroom with kingsize bed. Third bedroom with two twin beds. All bedrooms with flat screen TV.
 
Open floor plan and high ceilings in the living room. Sliding-doors make you feel as if you’d be outside all day long. Cozy sofa and two chairs invite you to enjoy an evening together.
 
Fully equipped kitchen. Diningroom with space for 8 people. Familyroom with big sofa, Flat-Screen TV and entertainment center.
 
Enjoy your breakfast in the nook with wonderful views over the broad canal. Or enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.
