You can reach the river within a few minutes, without passing any locks. Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour are in immediate vicinity of Villa Paradise.
 
South exposure and a lot of space on the sun deck or the boat dock for taking sun, relax and enjoy. The pool contains saltwater only (no chlorine). Huge gasgrill for your perfect US-steak, dining table on the covered lanai for perfect evenings. Enjoy a sundowner on the spacious boat dock and catch the last rays of sun meanwhile you have your feet in the chilly cold water of the canal.
 
The huge sliding doors to the living room can be opened practically completely and let the lanai and the livingroom become one spacious room. Travertine floors in the kitchen and the livingroom - high quality! Fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy the view from the dining table or the breakfast bar over the canal. The perfect start to another perfect day in paradise. Nespresso coffee-machine available. Don’t forget to bring your favorite capsules from home!
 
Sound system in the ceiling and in the outdoor area of the lanai. Comcast TV (only in the living room). Tabletop soccer available for the daily game. 2 kayaks are available (use at your own risk) to go and explore the beauties of nature. Wireless Internet access.
 
Masterbedroom with kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. Second bedroom with kingsize bed, third bedroom with two twin beds.
 
A boat can be rented optionally and is very recommended. You can reach the river within a hint and access without locks. Explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva by boat, you will love it! Dock and boat lift are only for our own rental boats available.
