Great Location!


The house is very new, has a great design standard and is ingeniously on a minimally driven dead end with a view of the countryside. We extended our week by 2 days as we liked it so much. The on-site support is also impeccable, I can only recommend this property.

Everything you need


At this house someone has really thought about function and features. Everything was there and not just a house shell with minimal equipment with for example bad wine glasses and without conditions for the beach chairs of the terrace. It was really thought of \"everything\" for household and leisure. That\'s the way it has to be, we have not missed anything and we\'ll be back!

It was a perfect holiday in a beautiful house. Starting with the easy booking, the nice and professional care by Sigrid on site, and at the end we had two days after our departure already back our deposit. Highest score for Intervillas. The house was as described, no fake photos and we will definitely come back next year and book at Intervillas. We felt at home here. Have been to Cape Coral seven times, but now for the first time with Intervillas. Thanks to your team
