Villa Garzetta welcomes you to paradise! This 2015 built luxurious Villa in the southwest area of Cape Coral will put a spell on you! Unique floorplan, 2'687 squarefeet (accessible) living space, spacious pool with infinity edge, separate whirlpool / spa and a view over the wide canal which is beyond words.
 
The special shape of the pool fits perfectly the relaxed surrounding of Villa Garzetta. It is electrical heated and will put a spell to both dreamers and realists likewise. Have a drink in the shallow water zone, peer at the never-ending Celcys Canal for fishes, manatees and maybe even dolphins and have the Florida Feeling embrace yourself. The pool can be illuminated with a special light effect at night, which will transform every evening to the special moment you seek. The Villa has a frontal west exposure with a perfect view to the sunsets. Outdoor shower with warm and cold water as well as a pool WC.
 
Try your luck in the canal, maybe you catch a fresh fish to cook in the outdoor summerkitchen, which offers a great big BBQ, fridge and sink.
 
Spacious, open eat-in-kitchen. The whole house is tiled with high quality ceramic tiles, ideally for people with allergies, since the house has no carpets. The kitchen is fully equipped with up-to-date devices. Big ceiling-to-floor glass sliding doors which let the livingroom and the Lanai become one huge room to enjoy and relax. Nespresso-coffee machine available on request. Please bring your own capsules.

Mastersuite with kingsize bed and direct access to the pool area. Two huge en-suite walk-in closets connect the sleeping area with the masterbath. WC with own, separate door. Big walk-in shower and a huge bath tub, two sinks and enough space, even if you stay longer at Villa Garzetta.
 
Juniorsuite at the other end of the house but with direct access to the pool area as well. Kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/WC and walk-in closet.
 
Third bedroom with queensize bed, fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have an own bathroom with shower/WC.
 
Spacious garage for 3 cars and enough space to park your rental car, rental bikes, kayaks or anything you may need during your stay. Only 5 minutes from Villa Garzetta you find a great Bike Rental Shop, which offers the perfect bike for every guest.
 
Over a small stairs you reach the boat dock, from where you can enjoy the undisturbed view over the canal and the sunset. Enjoy your sundowner or just put your feet in the chilling water and enjoy the tranquility of the moment. The perfect place for a perfect holiday. Special platform for an easy access to kayaks.
