The pool can be heated electrically and works with a skin friendly saltwater-technique.

A great outdoor kitchen with bar, grill, fridge and sink will be the place to prepare your perfect and juicy American steak or a fresh fish for dinner.

The huge sliding doors of the modern living room can be completely opened and transform the livingroom within a hint into an enlarged Lanai. A pool table and Netflix-app on the TV make even raining days to an unforgettable experience in this great house.
