Description

This architectural concept of the Villa Azzurro allows every suite to have their own private area - convenient to be able to withdraw at any time. Kids up to 6 years stay for free!
 
Separate Suite on the 2nd floor with king size bed (quality mattresses) and private TV area with comfortable reclining chair. Nice balcony with a wonderful view over the canals.
 
Each suite has a flat screen TV with internet access.
 
The pool area offers a nice covered area with a large dining table for 6 Guests (south-west exposure).
 
The pool can be heated and also features an outdoor hot tub (SPA) in which one can relax even on colder days in comfortable temperatures.
 
Only 2 external doors separate one from the pool area and the Captain's Walk and boat dock.
Here you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and end the day with a drink watching dolphins hunting their prey.
 
Because of the excellent location of the Villa Azzurro the river lies only 2 - 3 minutes afar.
 
Suitable for entertainment there is a Sony system with an 60 inch flat screen TV 3D in the livingroom - with , surround speakers and a Blue Ray Player 3D Studio.
 
The Villa Azzurro features throughout the entire home high-speed wireless.
The Boat can be rented optionally.

All our prices include a 6,5% Sales- and a 5% Tourist Tax.

19 to 2 days before the rental term begins: 80% of the total rental cost

It was a very nice stay at Villa Sundown.


It was a very nice stay at Villa Sundown. The house offers every imaginable comfort and is in a very good condition. The pool and the Weber grill were almost non-stop in use. Big thanks also to the local administration. Sigrid has organized everything to our best satisfaction and made possible a carefree stay. As a golfer, the location of the villa is impeccable. Max. 40 min. Drive to the beautiful golf courses in the area. We look forward to the next time in Cape Coral.

The villa was in a great location.


The stay was really nice and there was nothing missing. The care suburb was reliable and very nice. The villa was in a great location. Shops and a doctor, which we unfortunately needed, were not far away. The use of bicycles was not possible for insurance reasons. We did not need them, but this offer should be taken out of the tender. On arrival we had some problems getting our house key. You should enter a code, which was not possible because the system was different. Nevertheless we did it. This should also be checked. But these are things that will not stop us from coming back.
