Just as the screened swimming pool with Jacuzzi, as well as the deck and patio with stainless steel gas grill. The poolside deck is equipped with exclusive garden furniture, ideal for breakfast and dinner.
 
Inside there are 2 bedrooms, each with bathrooms, and 3 toilets. The lavishly furnished living room has about 100 m²/1,100 sqft, a fireplace (electric) and a BOSE surround sound system. In total there are 3 TVs, BOSE DVD player and BOSE Wave radio.
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, granite countertops with 4 stools, etc. In the integrated spacious double garage there are the washing machine and dryer BOSCH.
 
The surrounding area has an ideal infrastructure and is absolutely secure, yet the house has additionally an alarm system and all around there are electrically operated, heavy storm shutters.
 
A booking is possible only for a stay of at least 3 weeks and at a max. of 3 persons.
