Description

Who doesn’t adore a penthouse view? From the balcony of Estero Beach & Tennis 805A you’ll have just that: unobstructed views of the white-sand beach, the sparkling Gulf of Mexico, and the unending sky. And when you’re not relishing the fiery sunsets over the gulf, drink in hand, you can be out on the waters, swimming, fishing, parasailing, or paddleboarding: The beach is only a few minutes’ walk away.

Located on the 8th floor of an elevator building, our 1-bedroom condo is as luxurious as the term “penthouse suite” implies. The bedroom, for instance, is furnished with a sumptuous king-size bed and dresser in rich British Colonial style. Prop yourself up against the pillows and watch your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV, or let the soft whir of the ceiling fan lull you to sleep.

The bathroom is equally pampering, with a jetted tub as well as a shower. You may want to make a long soak the first thing you do when you arrive--and that’s fine, because plenty of fresh towels, as well as bedding, will be ready and waiting for you.

Like the bedroom, the living room is both beautiful and comfortable. Curl up on the barrel chair with a good book, stretch out on the sofa with your laptop to surf the web via the free wifi, or invite friends over to watch a movie on the HDTV--it even has a 3D viewing option! Should your guests want to stay the night, simply open up the couch: It converts into a bed that sleeps 2 more.

Estero Beach & Tennis is across the street from Santini Marina Plaza, which has multiple restaurants to choose from. Should you want to dine in, though, you’ll find the condo kitchen equipped with everything from a coffee maker for that morning cup of joe to a full-size oven and stove, not to mention cookware, prep tools, and tableware. The breakfast bar, with its amply padded stools and view of the gulf, is a charming spot to enjoy your meal.

Gorgeous though Estero Beach & Tennis 805A is, you don’t vacation in Fort Myers Beach because you want to stay indoors all day. There’s plenty of outdoor enjoyment to be had right on the complex grounds. Start your morning with a game of tennis on one of the courts, then refresh yourself in the heated pool and relax on a poolside lounge chair afterward. For a more low-key activity, hit the shuffleboard court or stroll the lush manicured grounds.

The beach itself is practically part of the grounds; it’s that close! You can also walk to the golf course next door, shops, and the trolley that runs up and down the island. Hop on and head up to Times Square, where you can enjoy open-air dining, street performers, live music, and fabulous people watching. Or bike or drive to Lovers Key State Park, which is less than 3 miles away from Estero Beach & Tennis. There you can hike wetland trails, canoe or kayak estuaries, or bike among the mangroves, all while watching dolphins and manatees, marsh rabbits and bald eagles.

However you spend your time on Fort Myers Beach, you’ll love coming back to Estero Beach & Tennis 805A at the end of the day. Whip up a frosty drink in the blender and savor it on the balcony beneath the stars before retiring for the night in sumptuous comfort--and wake wonderfully rested and ready for another delightful day.

Sounds fabulous, doesn’t it? So go ahead--treat yourself to the vacation you deserve, and book your stay today.

The time we had at this condo was One the best I was ever on!!

Nice getaway location for two.

We stayed for a week and it was great. We felt right at home and the place was comfortable especially the bed. The location is super being right on the private beach. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the spacious balcony.

wedding/honeymoon stay

Good overall. Second stay in this unit. Like the unit and love the view. My opinion is the owner needs to update the couch/hideabed,footstool, and single chair. They are all older and worn. A ceiling fan in bathroom would be helpful also. Really like the proximity to the gulf....close.

Honeymoon

We went here for our honeymoon and didn\'t really know what to think. When we got there the place was awesome only part that sucked was the walk to the beach there was no pathway. Loved all the places we went to eat mostly the peirside grill would tell everyone to go there and sit at the bar if you can the guy there is great. The place across the street would not recommend though the food is horrible. We would definitely go back there though.

winter vacation

nice, sunny getaway on the beach. Close to everything, comfortable.
