If you’ve been looking for a vacation getaway that can accommodate a crowd, your search is over: A 2-story duplex, Primo Pool Home can sleep up to 12 guests. And with 2 separate living areas and kitchens, it’s as well suited for 2 families as it is for a reunion of friends.
 
An abundance of space isn’t the only thing Primo Pool Home has going for it, though. There’s also the location, right on a canal leading out to Matanzas Harbor, complete with a private boat dock. Even if you don’t sail, canoe, or kayak yourself, you’ll still relish lazing in the shade of the dock shelter, waving to the passing boats and watching for dolphins and manatees as you fish or simply revel in the breeze.
 
What’s more, the house is only a 5-minute walk from the pristine beach and the Gulf of Mexico. And you can walk to the shops, restaurants, and nightspots of the island’s Times Square area in less than 10 minutes. It’s so liberating to enjoy a night on the town without having to rely on a car!
 
Then again, once you see Primo Pool Home’s lavish heated pool, Jacuzzi, waterfront patio, and screened-in lanai, you may decide to spend all your time there! Splash about among the pool’s quirky mermaid fountains, then dry off in the sun. Relax in the hot tub or on the screened-in lanai with a book. The salt-scented breeze makes everything taste better!
 
You will have to head indoors eventually, of course. Fortunately, the interior won’t disappoint. The lower level’s living area, which opens onto the lanai, brings the breezy sunshine of the outdoors in. There’s room for the whole group to get comfy and watch a movie on the TV.
 
The 2nd-floor living room is slightly more formal but just as inviting, with a large sectional sofa, its own TV, and a recliner perfect for cozying up with a book or a tablet (the house has free WiFi). It opens onto a shady balcony overlooking the pool and the palm-lined canal. With its gliders and ceiling fan, the balcony is an idyllic spot for keeping cool on even the hottest days.
 
Each floor has its own fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances (including the all-important dishwasher), cookware, prep tools, and tableware. The lower-level dining table seats at least 6; the upper level can seat another six at the dining table and four more in the eat-in kitchen. Go ahead, invite friends and family over for the festivities!
 
As for bedrooms, you have four to choose from. Each level has two bedrooms, one with a pampering king-size bed, the other with two lofty queen-size beds. All four bedrooms include plenty of storage, a TV, and a ceiling fan whose gentle breeze and soft murmur will ease you to sleep. Each of the 2nd-floor bedrooms has its own full-size bath, with a 3rd bathroom on the ground floor.
 
A wealth of fresh towels and bedding will be waiting for you. For added convenience, there’s a washer and dryer on the premises. Instead of wasting time in a Laundromat, you can walk to the beach. Once there you can search the velvety sands for shells (there are plenty to be found), swim, paddleboard, kayak, jet-ski, parasail… So many choices! And, you are near all the restaurants and shopping in Fort Myers Beach.
 
Once you stay at Primo Pool Home, you’ll want to return again and again. And you can: The house is for sale! First, though, you need to reserve your initial stay. Go ahead, before someone else does!

Perfect location


Perfect location, very clean , good size for our family of 12. The condition of the house needs some tlc ,and would appreciate more towels ,it had exactly 12 bath towels ,and no beach towels so had to go buy some.

Absolutely perfect vacation get away!


This place was everything I thought it would be and more! The pool and hot tub are amazing, the fishing in the canal was great, and the house its self is clean and very comfortable. The thing that really makes this place great is its location. It\'s literally in the middle of everything. Great resteruants and bars, the beach, the fishing pier all with in an easy walk. A++++++

Had a wonderful time at Primo pool home. Had a small glitch getting in when we arrived late at night, but they worked it out. The A/C on the lower unit wouldn\'t cool and they came right out and fixed it!! Will rent again!
