Villas Serenidad contains (2) custom-built hardwood 1-bedroom villas, each with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans & a spectacular view of the ocean. Each overlooks lush tropical gardens and is 50 meters from the surf, at the quiet Playa Negra beach.
 
Fall asleep to sea breezes & sounds....wake up to the chirping of birds and the sunrise.
 
The space
You are now beachfront! Your lush tropical garden ends at the sand. 
There are so many things to do in Puerto Viejo, but a big favorite is to hang out on your large elevated porch and do absolutely nothing but look out to sea and breathe deeply. The superb location of the property ensures that you'll see every wave that comes ashore, every bird that flies over, and every guy walking his dog on the beach. A good book in the hammock on the veranda also sounds appealing...
The large bathroom is a gem. A glass-block shower (with unlimited hot water) makes you feel like you are outdoors. 
Each villa contains 1 King Size bed and a day-bed, plus fully-equipped kitchen.

Take a 20 –minute stroll down the beach, or a 5-minute car ride, to the bohemian, laid-back & culturally-diverse town of Puerto Viejo. Puerto Viejo contains delicious restaurants, fun shopping, and opportunities for surfing, jungle hikes, river-rafting, zip-lines, chocolate tours, animal sanctuary, yoga classes, snorkeling, horseback riding, and paddle boarding.
 
Villas Serenidad is ideal for honeymooners, romantic getaways, girlfriend getaways, family reunions, retreats and weddings.
 
Interaction with guests
Our wonderful managers live about 5 minutes away (by foot) and are as accessible as you need or want them to be. They also offer concierge services to assist you with activities, taxis, shuttles, sunset dinners on the beach, massages on your deck, private chefs, and more.

Beautiful place!


Beautiful place! Direct access to the beach to swim in peace. Villa impeccable and warm. Near the city center. We were very well received by John. We recommend to all travelers this intimate place with breathtaking views of the ocean.

The garden is beautiful.


Fall asleep to the sound on the waves and feel the cool ocean breeze. The garden is beautiful and the bed is comfortable. You have a private short walk to the beach and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The location is beautiful. However, the best part about our stay was our hosts. David was extremely kind and helpful and he was always available to give us tips on the best beaches, shops, and food. I highly recommend a stay here!
