Our wonderful Florida Villa has 4 double bedrooms (2 master en-suites) which both lead directly out on to the pool deck area, 2 further bedrooms (one has a Disney theme) with their own bathroom.� We have a separate Family Room (with a brand new 65' Samsung Smart HD TV with Cinema Surround Sound all round the Family Room - you can Skype on our TV, watch internet films, Blu Ray DVD's and also included is unlimited access to Netflix, DVD and Stereo system), a Living Room where you can sit quietly with a book and a separate Dining Room for those family meals. We have a fantastic extra large pool facing a Sunny South Westerly direction with Jacuzzi. We also have a great Games Room with Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, Games Machine and Electronic Darts.� As well as a Safe, a PC with High Speed / Wireless Internet Connection and webcam, Playstation with games, a new XBOX 360 Kinect with games, Cot/Crib, Highchair, Pushchair and loads more. We are fully equipped for family fun. Those Extra Touches:: We pride ourselves on keeping our villa immaculate and a pleasure to holiday in. Our Management Company is always to hand to help you out with extra info - they are first class and always available. We have ceiling fans in all our rooms, including the large double lanai outside.� All our bedrooms have their own TV and CD Player. We also have a stunning Games Room with a Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, electronic darts and the most brilliant Games Machine with all the old favourites like Pac Man and Space Invaders for you to while away your evenings. Also, for your convenience and security the villa has a Safe. We have spent a huge amount of time making our Villa a wonderful home for us when we are there and a fantastic, luxurious home from home for our Guests Golf: We are minutes away from several golf courses which we can give you more information on. If you would like the more professional course, the Champions Gate Golf Course is just 5 minutes away. A Relaxing and Comfortable Experience


Had a great time staying here. After visiting parks all day, coming \"home\" to a nice place to unwind was the best feeling for us and our little girls. The house is in tip top shape. We really enjoyed the pool and the game room on the days we weren\'t out at the parks. Great communication with the property management as well. I enjoyed the well thought out little touches throughout. Would love to come back and visit again when we are back in the area. Thanks for a great stay, Terri, who by the way is a great host and wonderfully accommodating.

Kid's paradise


My kids wanted to leave the Disney parks so we could get back to this lovely home. The pool and game room were a wonderful addition to a beautiful home that had everything we needed at our finger tips. I highly recommend this home (and the owner is responsive and helpful).

Awesome house and close to all of the Disney attractions


The house was perfectly laid out and very clean. Terri makes sure that everything is perfect for you. It was good to come home after the busy days and take a dip in your own pool or the whirlpool. The game room is a great touch. The video game system has a lot of the good old games. Like Galaga, Donkey Kong, etc.... We used the pool table as well. It made for fun evenings. Terri installed a big screen TV with surround sound. We watched many football games and baseball games there. Thank you again for your hospitality.

It was absolutely perfect!


The house was absolutely beautiful! Terri made it extra special by having a Christmas tree up and lit when we arrived. It put a special touch since we were there celebrating an early Christmas. Close to shopping and many restaurants. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking in this area!

Great vacation home in Orlando


This house has everything you need. The pool and game room were big hits with our family. It’s in a great location and the owner is friendly, responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.
