The space
What to Love about your Home Away from Home:
 
1 - The LOCATION is simply convenient. As you can see from the pictures of the listing, some shots of the Beach and Square Town are just 5 minutes driving from our property. Short driving distance to the best All Inclusive Resorts if you are attending a family or friend's wedding. Few examples:

2 - AMENITIES & SAFETY. Smoke and Carbon Monoxide combo detector installed. This property is in a 24 hr Surveillance/Gated complex. There is no direct beach access, but you will absolutely love and appreciate having direct access to the Pool, Kids Playground, Loungers, Palapas and Outdoor Shower right from your own PRIVATE BACKYARD - NO NEED TO WALK around the block(s) within the complex. This is very convenient when you need to refill your Margarita or to get your kids inflatable :)
 
Pool/Beach towels are provided and you can borrow the cooler for your trips to the beach or excursions.
 
3 - NATURE/OUTDOORS. Tropical trees and birds that surrounds our home is magical. Enjoy a cup of fresh brewed morning coffee in the shaded patio while birds are chirping away or relax in the hammock. If you enjoy to grill, we have Bbq & Dining area which is a great spot to spend time outdoors with family and friends.
 
Few things to consider before booking.
 
1 - No loud parties are allowed. Events and gatherings are OK but no loud music or any kind of loud noise after 11 pm, please respect my neighbours. We have rules in the residential and loud gatherings past 11pm will result in penalties and retention of the security deposit.
 
2 - Our property is located on the Colonia side. Although it is very conveniently located (5 min drive from beach and town square), you won't find any McDonald's or Burger King on our street corner. The closest chains of this type of restaurants can be found in Cancun or Playa del Carmen, which is about 30 minutes, either way. That said, we do have a local and delicious burger place (La Cabana) at the corner of our main Delfin avenue, located 5 minute walk and you'll not be disappointed. A Convenience Store (Beer, Matches, Ice, Water bottles/gallons, Snacks and more) is also found within 5 minute walk from our house.
Guest access
The moment you walk in, you'll fall in love with your home away from home, which has been tastefully decorated with a Modern Beach Style. Located at the heart of the MAYAN RIVIERA, this bright & modern 4-Bedroom, 3 Washroom property is ready to sleep comfortably 9 guests.
 
The place is entirely equipped with the latest technology including a 40" HD Smart TV with NETFLIX, and Wireless Internet!
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with Stainless Steel Gas Stove/Oven, Fridge/Freezer & Microwave.
Granite Counter-Tops & Breakfast Bar. Coffee maker, Blender & Toaster.
 
The large dining room table can sit as much as 8 people and was custom made by the one of the owners.
 
The bright and open concept living room features a L-Shape Couch, AC, Ceiling Fan and TV area.
 
The 4 bedrooms are fully furnished.
Bedroom 1 (Master): King sized mattress, AC, Walk-In Closet, Ensuite Washroom and a Walk-out balcony overlooking the street. Located on upper level.
Bedroom 2: Queen sized mattress, AC, Closet and A Walk-out balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. Located on upper level.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (Full and Single mattresses), AC, closet. Located on upper level.
Bedroom 4: 2 Single Mattresses (Convertible to King bed), AC, Closet. Located on lower level. Blankets are provided as well.
 
The place also features 3 full washrooms with shower and towels (hot water serviced). 2 located in upper level and 1 on the main level.
 
Washer/Dryer is located inside the washroom, main level of the house.
Other things to note
Please be considerate and take care of the place as if it was yours. When using the bbq, be safe and take precautions. Please be mindful and turn off all the A/C units and fan ceilings when you are not in the house.
 
 
Must climb stairs to get to 3 of the 4 bedrooms and 2 of the 3 washrooms on the upper level.

PERFECT


The house was very accommodating for our stay. It was 9 of us and each of us had PLENTY of space. The common area was fantastic for family time and creating great memories. The kitchen was large enough and everything was VERY clean. Choosing to stay at this Airbnb was PERFECT because it allow us to travel to Cancun and Playa de Carmen and travel time was about 30 mins each. The host was very responsive to all the questions about finding local things to do.

Marisol is a great host and extremely friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. It was amazing having the pool almost right in our backyard and all of the patio furniture was great (especially the hammock)! Super convenient location - local beautiful beach, restaurants, several grocery and convenience stores. The home is clean and functional with ample room for our family of 5. We would visit again for sure!

This place was great for our family of 5. Lots of space and backs onto the pool which is a nice perk. The yard space is very well done and private. We had everything we needed and if anything came up, Marisol was wonderful to deal with! Highly recommend
