Villa Serenità - Your Private Ocean Escape
Newly built in 2026, this villa was developed by the Hartling Group, the team behind The Shore Club, The Palms and The Sands, with a history on the island dating back to the 1990s. Designed by Miami-based architect Rafael Amuchastegui of RAD Design, it features striking A-frame architecture, abundant natural light and sweeping views of turquoise and deep-blue waters. A 45-foot private pool, eight-person hot tub and tropical walkway to the community’s private beach and grotto complete your Turks and Caicos escape.
 
Two master bedrooms each feature a modern outdoor shower and views of the ocean and pool—so families vacationing together can skip the debate over who gets the best room. Two additional spacious bedrooms overlook the peaceful, landscaped patio and garden. Bringing more friends or family? Serenita and Forget Me Not villas sit side by side, connected by walkways, while Blue Ocean is just a short stroll away.
 
Your toughest decision of the day? Beach or pool. Fortunately, a short stroll along the tropical walkway makes it easy to change your mind as often as you like. At the community’s private beach and grotto, comfortable loungers invite you to unwind, while a covered seating area offers welcome shade. Take in the ocean views or slip into the water to snorkel around the vibrant nearby reef.
 
Make mealtimes part of the vacation with outdoor dining for eight and two separate seating areas beneath a shaded poolside terrace. The landscaped rear garden offers another inviting gathering spot around the fire pit, with a convenient kitchen pass-through window for serving food and drinks to the garden patio. Arrange grocery delivery, hire a private chef or prepare your own meals using the full summer kitchen and BBQ station. You can also book a dinner reservation at the neighborhood resort (steps away), The Rock House, or order a limo to take you to one of the The Hartling Group highly recommended resort restaurants. We can even organize a beachside barbecue with flowing rum punch for a memorable evening by the water.
