This two bedroom penthouse sleeps four persons. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed and access to a private bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV and there is a 42' flat screen satellite TV and DVD/CD player in living room as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water. The dining area accommodates four persons. A spiral staircase provides access to the private rooftop terrace complete with a Jacuzzi, outdoor dining area for six persons, lounge chairs, gas grill and outdoor shower & bathroom.

This penthouse is located within Playa Kaan - a gated development with 24/7 security on site as well as a swimming pool, tropical garden area, waterfall and sun deck. Playa Kaan is located right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, only 3½ blocks from the beach and 1½ blocks from the famous 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife.

Terms & Conditions

Deposits:
We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.

Security deposit:
You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.

Cancellations and refunds:
If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

Additional Rate details

7/8/2010 to 8/15/2010: $200.00 nightly, $1,200.00 Weekly.

8/16/2010 to 12/14/2010: $175.00 nightly, $1,050.00 Weekly.

12/15/2010 to 1/7/2011: $310.00 nightly, $1,850.00 Weekly.

1/8/2011 to 4/13/2011: $225.00 nightly, $1,350.00 Weekly.

4/14/2011 to 4/24/2011: $265.00 nightly, $1,600.00 Weekly.
