The current images are identical to the architecture of the house - however the interior fotos do not match exactly that of the Villa - the original fotos and tours will be posted as soon as possible after completion of the villa.
The View lies on a quiet, privileged position right on one of the 8-Lakes. Within a few minutes of a boat ride you can reach the river and the two Marinas Tarpon Point and Cape Coral with fine restaurants.

The wonderful light of Artemide lamp invites you to enjoy the style and class this house has to offer at night time.
All rooms are equipped with an Apple TV.
The kitchen has all the technical equipment and is equipped with modern utensiles. Enjoy a fresh brewed Nespresso - please bring the capsules of your choice from home with you! The breakfast can be served at the kitchen bar. For intimate dinners, the dining table offers seating for six guests.
Enjoy your favorite music from each room, even outdoors, coming from the Sonos system.
All bedrooms come with their own walk-in closet and king-size beds. The master bedroom has two twin-size down duvet. The other bedrooms have a king-size down duvet. Two bedrooms have direct access to the pool area. The bedrooms are color coordinated with the overall concept and modern-comfortably appointed leaving nothing to be desired. Adjustable panels on the windows to the lake give the room in addition exciting bright spots.
The two large bathrooms have each two sinks. The showers have both, a rain-shower as well as a hand shower. A blow-dryer in each bathroom is available.
The lounge area outside invites to relax and enjoy. The Dedon chairs make you forget the time. Along with a glass of wine or cocktail you can enjoy enchanting sunsets. In between, a dip, a couple of lengths in the Infintiy pool (39 x 13 ft) or get that relaxing massage in the hot tub.
The pool can be heated with solar and heat pump. Thus, you can easily use the pool even in the cooler months. The pool is operated without chlorine with a modern, skin-friendly salt technique.
With the ceiling fans you can expect a pleasant breeze during the warmer months.
The outdoor area has a dining table with seating for 6 guests and a gas grill.
Two SUP (Stand-up paddle boat) are available for sporting activities. With them you can really paddle in the calm sea and the adjacent channels. Not infrequently you will encounter Manatees, flying fish and even dolphins.
The villa has a modern, energy-saving equipment and technology. Low-energy glazing and extensive energy-saving LED lights are standard.
The Jetboat can be rented optionally (recommended)! The existing dock with boat lift is available only for our houseboat.
